SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to create visual content for our character brands. You will handle product photography, short-form video, graphic content, and social media management from concept to posting.

The role requires creativity, organization, and attention to detail, with experience in photography, video editing, and social platforms. On-site work with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in social media content creation, photography, or related field preferred.
• Strong photography and photo-editing skills.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut preferred.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Good understanding of current social media trends.

Responsibilities

We create fun and engaging character products for wholesale, e-commerce, and licensing partners. We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Social Media Specialist who can bring our characters and products to life through photography, video, graphic content, and social media.

Job Description

The Content & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating visual content for the company's character brands. This position combines product photography, short-form video production, graphic content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing content from initial concept through final posting.

Photography & Visual Content

• Product photography for the characterbrands for e-commerce, marketing material / promotional use, and social media
• Take product sample photos for the production team
• Create concept and lifestyle photography for e-commerce, catalogs, wholesale, and marketing
• Edit, retouch, organize, and manage photo assets
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual direction for new product launches

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan and maintain social media content calendars for the character brands
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
• Plan, film, and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
• Produce lifestyle, campaign, and promotional video content, from concept to final edit
• Write captions and prepare content for scheduled posting
• Research social media and content trends
• Review content performance and basic social media analytics
• Manage social media accounts and online communities, including comments and DMs
• Coordinate social media collaborations when needed

Graphic & Motion Content

• Create social media content and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Create basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• Resize and adapt visual assets for different digital and social media platforms
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across content

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media content creation, photography, digital content, or a related field preferred
• Strong photography and photo-editing skills
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is preferred
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Good understanding of current social media and content trends
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently from concept through final execution
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumer products, toys, character brands, lifestyle products, or e-commerce
• Experience with product and lifestyle photography
• Experience managing brand social media accounts
• Experience creating content for product launches and marketing campaigns
