Your tasks will include producing engaging social content, managing creator relationships, and collaborating on marketing strategies. You should have a strong portfolio and a passion for food and regenerative agriculture. Compensation includes a base salary of $70K to $90K, health benefits, and product perks.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years creating social content with proven portfolio.
• Ability to shoot/edit video with native formats and quality.
• Experience building creator partnerships with tangible results.
• Strong design sense with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
• Excellent writing for captions, scripts, and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video, photography for social media platforms.
• Concept and produce authentic farm-related content.
• Manage and build relationships with food creators.
• Own social content calendar and track performance.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign evolution.
