Job summary

honeygrow is seeking a Content Creator & Community Engagement in Philadelphia (Hybrid) to produce daily social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and more. You’ll film, edit, write copy, and engage with our community to bring the brand to life each day.

The role blends creativity with community work, requiring hands-on shooting in restaurants/events, trend spotting, creator outreach, and collaboration with Marketing, Design, Culinary, Operations, and Restaurant teams to tell

Qualifications

2-4+ years creating content for a brand, agency, or as an independent creator.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and creator culture.
Excellent writing and copy editing skills.

Responsibilities

Capture and edit high-quality short-form video and photography for social platforms.
Film in restaurants, at events, in the test kitchen, and in the community.
Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy that reflect honeygrow's brand voice.
Stay on top of trends while adapting them authentically for the brand.
Organize and maintain a growing library of photo and video assets.
Publish scheduled content across social platforms.
Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions daily.
Respond quickly with a friendly, authentic, and on-brand voice.
Surface customer feedback, trends, and emerging conversations to the Social Media Lead.
Help foster an engaged and loyal online community.
Research and identify local creators and influencers that align with the brand.
Assist with outreach, gifting, partnerships, and campaign coordination.
Maintain creator databases and relationship tracking.
Coordinate content collection and usage rights.
Support influencer events and restaurant visits.
Monitor social trends, memes, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Bring fresh content ideas to weekly planning sessions.
Identify opportunities for reactive or real-time content.
Keep a pulse on what competitors and culture are doing.
Partner with Marketing, Design, Culinary, Operations, and Restaurant Teams to capture authentic stories.
Support campaign launches, LTOs, grand openings, community events, and brand initiatives.
Assist with content production during photo and video shoots.
