We are seeking a charismatic and creative Content Creator for a full-time, permanent position. You will develop engaging video content focused on Business Studies, including Economics, Accounting, and Finance.

About Our Team

The Pearson+ Content Team aims to build the world's most helpful video courses, helping millions of students succeed. We are looking for someone to lead the development of comprehensive video courses for business studies, including accounting, finance, and related subjects. Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets, problems, and record lessons.
• Set and track annual, quarterly, and weekly goals.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve team outputs.
• Assist in hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9am-5pm EST for planning and review.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

• Effective in giving and receiving feedback.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable in managing workload and completing tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use a quiet home recording space (equipment provided by Pearson).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring college students in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields within the past three years.
• Experience developing curricula, assessments, or educational publishing.
• Experience creating educational video content.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, preferably in business, accounting, or finance.
• Familiarity with video recording equipment/software or quick learner.
• Willingness to engage with students on social media.
