Content Creator in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a charismatic and creative Content Creator for a full-time, permanent position. You will develop engaging video content focused on business studies, including accounting and finance.

Our Team

The Pearson+ Content Team aims to create the world's most helpful video courses to support student success. We are looking for someone to lead the development of comprehensive video courses in business studies.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets, record lessons, and develop problems.
• Set and review team goals quarterly and annually.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve work products.
• Assist in hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9 am-5 pm EST for planning and review.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with video recording equipment and software or willingness to learn.
• Engagement with students on social media preferred.
