Superior Glove, a global leader in hand and arm protection, is seeking a Content Creator in Acton, Ontario. The role supports an established marketing team, creating polished short- and long-form content across channels.

You’ll manage a content calendar, collaborate with designers, and translate product info into engaging content for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing writing experience, strong editing skills, and proficiency with MS 365, SharePoint, and Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Writing or related field or Marketing with 5+ years of writing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional marketing writing across digital channels.
• Proven ability to write, edit, proofread, and communicate clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS 365, SharePoint, and project platforms like Asana.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit short-form content for various assets (emails, posts, ads, product pages).
• Translate objectives into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Manage day-to-day organic social content and content calendar.
• Adapt messaging across platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals.
• Research, write, edit, and proofread long-form content (blogs, case studies).
• Translate technical material into clear, engaging content.
• Interview subject-matter experts to gather accurate information.
• Optimize long-form content for readability and SEO where appropriate.
• Review content for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
