Job summary

Thera is seeking a Content Creator (Copy Writer) to own how we sound across all customer touchpoints—from the site to emails, launches, and the product itself. This role focuses on writing, not strategy, with weekly copy shipments and direct edits from the founder. NYC in-person preferred; US-only.

Salary range is $70,000–$90,000 with 0–5 years of experience; new grads with strong portfolios are welcome. This is Thera’s first dedicated content writer, shaping our voice and cadence as we grow.

Qualifications

• You write clearly. You cut adjectives, kill throat-clearing intros, prefer a number to a claim. Wildly concise.

Responsibilities

• Voice and messaging across the entire funnel - site, email, product, sales, social, etc.
• Website and landing pages, including the comparison pages that win migrations from Deel, Gusto, and Rippling
• Launch copy for new products and features
• Ghostwriting for founders and execs, in their voice, not yours
