Title: Content Creator (Freelance, Monthly Contract)

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to help bring our brand campaigns and messaging to life across digital platforms. If you have a passion for compelling visuals, storytelling through design, and crafting engaging content that resonates with consumers, we’d love to hear from you.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop high-quality images, graphics, and digital assets to support brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Design content for social media, email marketing, website, and digital ads in alignment with our brand aesthetic and messaging.
• Collaborate with the brand/marketing team to conceptualize visual storytelling that enhances key brand narratives.
• Ensure all creative aligns with Wolf & Shepherd’s brand guidelines and maintains a premium, performance-driven aesthetic.
• Deliver a set number of assets per month based on campaign needs and project scope.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media best practices, and competitor content strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, social media design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand-forward digital content (experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven design for digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid capacity.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects), or 3D rendering.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Monthly retainer with a predetermined scope of work and deliverables, established monthly.
• Remote-first position with flexible hours, but must be available for scheduled in-person check-ins (El Segundo, CA)
• Potential for long-term collaboration and/or full-time role as we expand our content efforts.
