Job summary

Comfort Systems of Montana is seeking a creative Content Creator to shoot, edit, and publish reels, photos, and carousels that build our HVAC brand in Bozeman and beyond. You will own content from concept through posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This hands-on role covers jobsites, events, and office shoots, with a heavy emphasis on storytelling, brand voice, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of social media content showing engagement and storytelling.
• Strong videography and photography skills—mobile, mirrorless, or DSLR.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and short-form copy in brand voice.
• Experience in running Meta ad campaigns is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for our companies across reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture photos and video on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.
• Publish carousels, static posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar.
• Stay current on platform trends and formats to capitalize on them.
• Write captions and copy that align with brand voice and drive engagement.
• Represent Comfort Systems of MT and Local Demo at events and home shows.
• Assist with booth setup, signage, and on-site materials.
• Collaborate with team on campaigns, track performance, and iterate.
• Take ownership of projects with reliable, timely delivery.

We're looking for a creative, driven, and highly self‑motivated Content Creator to capture and tell the story at Comfort Systems of MT and Local Demo. This hands‑on role requires you to thrive behind the camera, in front of the action, shooting, editing, and publishing content that builds our brand, drives engagement, and positions our companies as the undisputed leader in the Gallatin HVAC market.

As a Content Creator, you will create and publish reels, photos, and carousels across all major social platforms, support brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, and represent our companies at home shows, community events, and team activities.

About Us Comfort Systems of Montana has served Bozeman and surrounding communities since 1999. We are a veteran‑owned, locally operated family business that designs, installs, and services residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. CSMT is the only factory‑authorized Carrier dealer in the area. We stand on performance and value, offering systems that are efficient, reliable, and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for our companies.
• Capture photos and video footage on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.
• Produce and publish carousels, static posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar.
• Stay current on platform trends, audio, and content formats and move fast to capitalize on them.
• Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand voice and drive engagement.

• Represent Comfort Systems of MT and Local Demo at home shows, community events, trade shows, and company activities, capturing content and supporting event execution.
• Assist with booth setup, signage, giveaways, and on‑site promotional materials at events.
• Capture team culture moments at company BBQs, hunting trips, and team outings to support recruiting and brand storytelling.

• Work closely with our team to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Track content performance and contribute insights on what’s working and what to test next.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver on time with strong attention to detail.

• Take full ownership of the quality, consistency, and timeliness of all content produced.
• Bring fresh ideas, pitch concepts, and proactively identify content opportunities across the business.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to setting the standard.

• Highly organized with strong project management skills and able to juggle multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with a creative mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and shoots.
