Job summary
bettercampus is seeking a creator to produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll ideate, film, edit, and publish with your own voice and schedule.
You’ll be rewarded per video with performance bonuses when your content resonates. You’ll have creative freedom, work directly with the founders, and can be based in NYC or remotely, with either full- or part-time hours.
Qualifications
- Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms.
- Ability to post consistently across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Portfolio showing videos with real views and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Generate ideas and scripts for short-form videos.
- Film, edit, and publish videos on multiple platforms.
- Analyze performance and iterate on content strategy.
