The Role

Radiant Technologies is a bootstrapped, profitable software holding company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer products across several categories, scaled through paid acquisition, organic distribution, and growth loops built into the product itself.

This seat sits within our education division: AI-powered study tools that help students get through coursework faster. You’ll create content for three of those brands.

The job is filming in large US lecture halls: real classes, hundreds of students in the room. Each week the Creative Lead gives you the 5 video concepts. You show up to your lecture, film exactly what's briefed, and upload on time.

You are regularly, reliably present in large US college lectures: a real hall, real classmates, real backdrop. Not a study room, not an empty classroom after hours.

You can record your computer screen in a room full of strangers without flinching.

What You'll Do

• 01 Film 5 videos a week, in your own lectures — real classes, hundreds of students in the room
• 02 Ship each one for one of our 3 brands, on a fixed upload day the rest of the creative engine is built around
• 03 Use the product on camera the way a real student actually would — casual, not a commercial
• 04 Take feedback on your cuts and turn around a reshoot fast, without re-litigating the brief
• 05 Own your own calendar — you know your lecture schedule better than anyone; a missed week is missed content for three brands, not one

What We Screen For

Three things. Not your CV, not a demo reel.

You can put yourself in a large, real US college lecture on a predictable weekly basis. This is the hard filter — everything else is teachable.

You're not self-conscious about being visibly filmed by a room of a few hundred people, over and over, and you can hit a hook and a beat without it feeling scripted.

Reliability

Five videos, every week, on time. The Creative Lead, the editor, and three brands' content calendars are all downstream of your upload landing on schedule.
