Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Content Creator to develop engaging content for multiple properties. You will produce videos, photos, and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns, build influencer relationships, and manage paid advertising efforts.

You'll follow content calendars, measure performance, and support special campaigns with flexibility for evenings and weekends or emergencies. Two years' online marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.
• Two (2) years of experience with online marketing, including social media management, content creating, and online advertising.
• Casino/travel industry experience a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Mirrorless Cameras is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience with Sprout Social, or similar programs is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Up to 50% Travel Required.

• Develop and manage content calendars utilizing Sprout Social for timely content delivery across channels.
• Measure and report performance of digital media, campaigns, and influencers to marketing leadership at each property and regional director.
• Support special campaigns and projects as needed.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend events; availability for emergency support.

Job Description

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and creative content for a group of Boyd Gaming properties, including restaurants, arenas, and event centers. Property assignments may vary, typically encompassing 3-5 properties and their respective venues.

• Create engaging video content for social media and property marketing, leveraging a strong understanding of current trends to effectively enhance the visibility and appeal of Boyd Gaming’s offerings.
• Take and curate high-quality photographs of Boyd Gaming properties to enhance our social media presence and meet marketing needs.
• Develop and produce engaging graphics that address social needs and enhance photo/video content.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to amplify Boyd Gaming’s brand presence
• Work with the property and ads team to develop and implement engaging paid advertising campaigns for property promotion, leveraging a basic understanding of Meta ads and creative content strategies to optimize exposure and drive results.
• Develop and manage content calendars utilizing social management platform Sprout Social to ensure timely and effective content delivery across various channels.
• Measure and report performance of all digital media, advertising campaigns, and influencers to the marketing leadership at each property, as well as the regional marketing director.
• Contribute to and support special campaigns and projects as needed.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend events is required, along with availability for emergency support.
