This role involves project management, user support, and adherence to SDLC processes for successful delivery of IT services.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing and administering Clarity modules ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in creating and presenting Proof of Concepts.
• Working knowledge of SSRS SQL Reporting Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer multiple modules of Clarity.
• Document business requirements with internal business customers.
• Research and evaluate technical solutions and recommend cost-effective options.
