Job summary

KPF, a global architecture practice headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in content production, supporting photo shoots, website updates, social channels, and print publications.

Based in New York, you will collaborate with designers and architects, manage multiple tasks, and grow through mentorship and real projects. This in-person position requires 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of content, marketing, or communications experience; internship ok
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluency in social media trends and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or similar creative focus area

Responsibilities

• Assist with content production for photo and video assets, including scheduling shoots and coordinating logistics
• Support website content updates and social media asset creation
• Help produce special print projects, including self-published books and the firm’s semi-annual magazine
• Support marketing campaigns tied to project milestones and firm-wide themes
• Help maintain project stats and multimedia assets in OpenAsset
• Coordinate with architects and designers to gather content, imagery, and project information
