Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Content QA Tester to join a cutting-edge AI content team on a temporary basis in the United States. You will design test plans, run manual and automated tests, and ensure templates and prompts meet quality and accessibility standards.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, document defects, and collaborate across content, design, and product teams to improve model performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content testing, QA, usability testing, or quality assurance.
• Experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with productivity platforms and workflows.
• Strong testing methodologies and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and other content experiences across platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing across a range of content platforms and AI-powered experiences.
• Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design fidelity.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain robust test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation.
• Collaborate with content and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
• Analyze testing results and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Content Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and other content experiences across various platforms.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across a range of content platforms and AI-powered experiences.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design fidelity.
  • Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
• AI Content Evaluation
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve model and content performance.
• Test Development & Execution
  • Create and maintain robust test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation.
  • Develop repeatable testing approaches for new content experiences and features.
  • Collaborate with content and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
• Reporting & Recommendations
  • Analyze testing results and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous quality improvements.
  • Track testing outcomes and ensure changes are accurately reflected in documentation and content production workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content testing, QA, usability testing, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in creating comprehensive test plans and detailed test reporting documentation.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in communicating the outcomes of quality testing work, with a strong focus on content.
• Experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of leading productivity platforms and workflows.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI-generated content or generative AI experiences.
• Understanding of design principles, content quality, and user experience.
• Experience working with automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with human evaluation methodologies and quality rubrics.
