Job description

Position Overview

At Training Industry, content is at the center of what we do. We publish articles, research, news and resources that help training professionals excel in their roles, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help bring that content to life.

We’re hiring a Content Coordinator to support the publishing and promotion of content across our website, newsletters and social channels. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make content shine — whether that means formatting and publishing a new article, writing social copy that gets clicks or building a newsletter our audience wants to open.

The ideal candidate for this role is organized, detail-oriented and genuinely interested in content. You should enjoy managing moving pieces, catching small errors before they go live and helping good content reach the right audience.

Responsibilities
  • Publish new content on our website, including articles, press releases, wikis, glossary entries and other multimedia materials.
  • Ensure all content is polished, engaging and aligned with our brand voice and editorial standards.
  • Manage the content calendar to support the timely publication of website content.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Curate weekly company newsletters for our audience.
  • Identify and promote content across newsletters and social media channels.
  • Stay current on content and digital marketing best practices to help strengthen our approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the reach and impact of our content.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in a content management system (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sound judgment, creative thinking and problem‑solving ability.
