Haus of CLB is looking for a Content Coordinator who lives and breathes short‑form video. This role is built for someone who's obsessed with reels, confident in their editing skills, and excited to turn raw footage into content that performs.
You'll collaborate closely with our founder to brainstorm, shoot, and edit social content across multiple brands, and you'll own the calendars and logistics that keep it all running on time. We're a small, strategy-driven team, so we're looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, takes initiative, and wants to grow inside an agency environment.

- Edit short‑form video content from raw footage
- Shoot content during client visits and on‑site shoots (iPhone; company camera provided for select shoots)
- Coordinate shoot logistics: scheduling, shot lists, and sourcing locations or talent as needed

- Participate in community management across platforms during standard business hours
- Manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously, keeping calendars and deliverables on track
Requirements
- Ability to turn raw footage into engaging social content
- Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and shoot logistics alongside creative work

- Organized and reliable with digital files and workflows
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quick
- Interest in social media and short‑form content trends
- Reliable transportation for travel around Houston

About You
- You have a portfolio or reel that proves it (real client work, not just personal projects)
- You notice what's about to trend before it hits everyone else's feed
- You understand short‑form performance basics: what makes someone stop scrolling in the first second, and why a hook works or doesn't
- You're comfortable being handed a loose brief and running with it, not waiting for step‑by‑step instructions
- You can hold multiple client brands' voices in your head at once without mixing them up
- You're looking for a growth track, not just a gig
- Direct mentorship from the founder: you're learning the business, not just executing tasks, from day one
- A real growth path: this role has a documented track to Account Manager as the agency scales
- Creative ownership: your ideas shape the content.
- A diverse, growing portfolio to build your own reel across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle brands
- Ground‑floor opportunity: you're shaping how this agency runs as an early hire
