Arrival is seeking a Content & Community Intern to manage TikTok and TikTok Shop efforts from Austin, TX. This part-time role focuses on creating, posting, and analyzing performance with real ownership potential.

You’ll report to the founder and contribute to a growing brand targeting women’s wellness. The internship emphasizes hands-on output, portfolio pieces, and a low-friction workflow with fast iterations.

Responsibilities

Content & Community Intern — Arrival (TikTok)

Austin, TX · Part-time, ~15 hrs/week · $15/hr + performance bonus · Fall 2026 with spring extension

About Arrival

Arrival is a women-owned creatine brand based in Austin. Two ingredients — 5g creatine monohydrate and organic blueberry powder. No additives, no filler, no fine print. We're small, we're growing fast, and we're building the brand that makes creatine feel normal for women who aren't gym bros.

The role

We're launching on TikTok and TikTok Shop, and we want someone who actually lives on the platform to run it with us. This is not a "schedule the posts" internship. You'll be making things, putting them out, and watching what happens — a lot, every week.

You'll report directly to the founder, Lauren. If you're good, you'll have real ownership of an account from zero.

What you'll do

• Shoot and edit 12–20 short-form videos a week. Phone, natural light, fast turnaround. We care about volume and instinct, not production value.
• Appear on camera when the video calls for it
• Pitch hooks and formats in a weekly ideas meeting — we want your take on what's working, not just execution
• Run creator outreach: 20 DMs a day to micro-creators, manage the relationships, track who posts and what converts
• Handle sample logistics for creators
• Run our Austin sampling program — handing sachets to real people at gyms, studios, run clubs, and campus events.
• Read every comment and reply to most of them

Who we're looking for

• A UT Austin student (or Austin-based) who posts on TikTok already. Your own account matters more than your resume — we'd rather see 4,000 followers and good instincts than a 4.0 and zero posts.
• You edit in CapCut and it takes you minutes, not hours
• You're comfortable on camera
• You have opinions about which videos are good and can explain why
• You're genuinely interested in women's health, or wellness — you don't have to be a gym person, but you should care about what goes into your body
• Reliable, self-directed, and fine with shipping something imperfect today instead of something polished next week
• 18+. A car helps for sampling runs, but isn't required.
