Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to craft clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences across internal and external channels. You will write, edit, translate when needed and ensure consistent voice across communications while supporting leadership and subject-matter experts.

You will manage content calendars, support town halls, and coordinate multiple communications projects with stakeholders, leveraging Microsoft 365 and emerging AI tools to boost

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of communications experience in corporate/public relations/employee communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience communicating with employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with media relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, digital tools and emerging AI tech.

Responsabilidades

• Create content for employee-facing channels (email, intranet, digital signage, videos, leadership communications).
• Support external communications: press releases, media statements, external announcements.
• Develop messaging with leaders and SMEs; ensure voice consistency across channels.
• Maintain content calendars and editorial calendars; support town halls and events.
• Coordinate communications projects from concept through execution; track metrics.
