Ozarks Technical Community College is seeking a Part-Time Communications & Content Specialist for the Springfield Campus to craft high-quality newsletters and email campaigns. You will write, edit, and manage content across digital platforms, engaging students and internal audiences while upholding the OTC Cares brand voice.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience creating digital content for newsletters and campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, write, and edit newsletters using Mailchimp and Microsoft Newsletter, including a weekly enewsletter.
• Develop and manage email campaigns that support college initiatives, events, and priorities.
• Copyedit and proofread flyers, promotional materials, and internal communications for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Manage and track assigned projects in the college’s project management system.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to align messaging and maintain editorial quality across platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support communication goals and college priorities.
