Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, content management, or social media strategy.
• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Adobe Creative Cloud; strong working knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the LinkedIn presence, including strategy, calendar development, content production, scheduling, publishing, and engagement with followers.
• Manage Samsung U.S. Newsroom content in the CMS with accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and internal stakeholders to develop, approve, and publish content seamlessly.
• Apply quality assurance to ensure content meets brand voice and formatting standards.
• Amplify Newsroom content and corporate announcements across owned and earned channels.
• Track engagement metrics and report on performance to optimize content strategies.
• Manage multiple content initiatives with strong project management and prioritization.
