Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Content & Communications Manager in Plano, TX onsite for a 12+ month engagement. The role leads LinkedIn strategy, manages the U.S.

Newsroom content, and coordinates across writers and internal teams to publish high-quality, on-brand material. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in digital communications, strong WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and a proven ability to analyze engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, content management, or social media strategy.
• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism as a company representative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LinkedIn strategy and content calendar; manage publishing and engagement.
• Serve as steward of the U.S. Newsroom; upload and optimize articles and press releases.
• Coordinate content with writers, editors, and agencies to ensure timely publication.
• QA content for accuracy, formatting, and brand voice across all materials.
• Amplify Newsroom content across owned and earned channels with marketing teams.
• Track engagement metrics and analyze data to refine strategies.
• Manage multiple content initiatives with strong project execution in a fast-paced environment.
