Job summary

DeoVR is building the next generation of immersive media and seeks a Content Acquisition Manager to drive growth in the US and EU markets. You will structure operations, attract top creators, and guide partners through onboarding and ongoing success.

In this remote role, you will nurture long-term creator relationships, track performance, and maintain a CRM to position DeoVR as a leader in immersive video experiences across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech or startups.
• Proven track record in creator partnerships or digital media.
• Ability to structure and optimize team processes.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with impact in fast-moving environments.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

The Role

We're looking for a Content Acquisition Manager to drive DeoVR in US and EU markets. This role is about structuring operations, attracting top content, and fostering a thriving ecosystem that sets DeoVR apart from the competition.

What You Will Do

• Identify and reach out to immersive content creators and studios worldwide
• Negotiate partnerships and guide new partners through onboarding
• Ensure partners upload and publish content successfully
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and productions organizations
• Track performance and help partners grow their audience
• Monitor and organize meetups with content creators
• Maintain a CRM of immersive content creators in US and EU with detailed statuses

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, startups
• Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
• Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English (B2 and above)

• An understanding of immersive media, and content platforms
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive business development strategies
