Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art History or Fine Arts (Master’s preferred).
• Exceptional proficiency in Design Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce promotional materials and gallery publications.
• Curate and maintain the gallery’s digital presence, including website and daily social media postings.
• Create visually compelling content, including Mailchimp campaigns, exhibition materials, and TikTok videos.
• Assist in registrar duties: artwork documentation, logistics, and shipment coordination.
• Assist in the orchestration of elegant gallery openings and private receptions.
• Assist in light art installation and exhibition preparation.
• Conduct research and maintain artist and collector databases.
• Provide general administrative and operational support in a dynamic gallery setting.
