Job summary

CPG in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Containment Installer II to assist in installing and handling materials from receiving dock to working area, training on installation processes and gaining knowledge of containment systems.

You will install containment panels, doors, ceilings, use hand tools, measure and cut, inspect installations, and collaborate with technicians to complete projects on schedule while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years mechanical experience preferred but not required.
No data center experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install containment systems (panels, doors, ceilings and mounting hardware).
Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure components.
Follow work instructions for proper layout and alignment.
Measure and cut materials to fit designated areas.
Inspect installations for fit, function and alignment.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
Report material needs and installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.
