Qualifications
- Proficiency with computers; ability to use maintenance software (e.g., Dossier).
- Forklift certification is required.
- Basic financial acumen needed for budgeting and cost control.
- Customer service orientation is essential; build relationships with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, supervise, and manage container shop operations.
- Maintain container inventory counts online and within budget.
- Coordinate labor needs for the shop and installations.
- Handle shipping and receiving; inspect, package, label, and arrange carriers.
- Oversee container repairs and validate weld quality.
- Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the operations team on inventory and asset deployment.
