Job summary

Waste Pro USA seeks a Container Shop Manager to lead the container shop, planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating inventory control, shipping/receiving, and custom container orders.

You will manage budgeting, ensure safety, oversee repairs and weld quality, build customer-specific containers, and collaborate with the operations team to deploy assets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and maintenance software programs (e.g. Dossier).
• Must be Forklift Certified.
• Must have basic financial acumen.
• Must be customer service oriented with strong communication and relationship skills.
• Servant leadership mentality toward team growth and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate container shop operations.
• Manage inventory counts and online records.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and packing for carriers and deliveries.
• Build custom containers per customer specifications.
• Oversee container repairs and validate weld quality.
• Maintain safety standards and operating within budget.
