About the Role:
MVD Express is looking for a motivated and friendlyContact Center Representativeto join our team! This position plays a vital role in supporting customers over thephone and through chat, so we’re looking for candidates who have excellentverbal and written communication skills, including strongspelling and grammar. If you enjoy helping people, pick things up quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule Requirements:
Must be available:
Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Support customers viaphone and chat, helping them find the services they need
• Set up appointments for MVD Express products and services
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every interaction
• Manage customer information and track communications
• Accurately document conversations and customer needs via phone and email
• Take initiative and go the extra mile to engage and support our customers
• Perform additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strongwriting skills, including accuratespelling, grammar, and tone
• Friendly and professionalphone presence
• Ability tolearn quicklyand adapt in a fast-paced setting
