Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MBA, MA or MS with emphasis in finance/accounting
• Minimum of one year of Investment Banking experience with Consumer & Retail space desired
• Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain relationships at all levels
• Must maintain high standards of professional conduct
• Series 79 & 63 licenses

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth quantitative research and analysis across macroeconomic trends, sector dynamics, and individual companies
• Develop and prepare client presentation materials, including pitch books for Consumer & Retail sub-sectors
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, and relative value assessments
• Analyze and model strategic and financing alternatives for M&A, capital structure optimization, and debt/equity offerings
• Support live transaction execution through due diligence, timelines, and coordination
• Contribute to client relationship development and ongoing coverage efforts
• Mentor analysts to develop technical expertise and growth
