Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to sell voluntary insurance products must be met.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and seek new loan opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and recommend loan and optional products.
• Complete loan applications and assist borrowers through the process.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Close loans and organize loan folders and files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage a growing portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care in daily transactions and inquiries.
