The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $22.46 to $32.31.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Loan Assistant provides quality service to internal and external clients through effective and professional written and verbal communication. Resolves service issues by maintaining a working knowledge of bank products and services while referring more complex requests to appropriate colleagues or departments. Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and completes training requirements as warranted for the position.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
• 2 years experience in consumer lending
• Familiarity with all Consumer lending, compliance, and regulations
• Lending and Banking system experience
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Organization skills
• Knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Encompass, and Outlook
