Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a motivated loan professional in the United States to originate consumer loans and assist customers through the loan process. You will assess needs, present suitable loan options, and guide applicants from application to closing, while upholding service quality and compliance.

The role offers a base salary of $32,000 annually, paid hourly, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 per year, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or goal-oriented roles.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up with pending applicants.
• Assists potential borrowers by explaining the loan process and answering questions about products and processing.
• Takes ownership of customer concerns and works with management on strategies for problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and maintains file integrity.
• Consistently meets or exceeds loan goals and handles day-to-day loan servicing.
• Provides excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
