Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of lending systems with AI-enabled approaches.
• Coordinate deployments with internal teams and external vendors for new features and integrations.
• Monitor trends and system capabilities to drive improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee QA, performance management, and reporting to ensure accurate loan servicing.
