Qualifications

• Eight years of financial services experience with at least four years in consumer lending.
• Three years of management experience.
• Project implementation and system integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced education or certifications in business process management, systems integration, or project management preferred.
• Meridian Link Certified Product Administrator within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• System Integrations & Technology: lead implementation, optimization, and enhancements of consumer lending systems.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with technology providers and third-party partners to ensure service levels and system performance.
• Loan Product Support: conduct market research and lead campaigns across auto, personal, credit cards, and home equity products.
• Consumer Lending Liaison: represent lending on enterprise-wide initiatives and promote collaboration across departments.
