Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding the Outbound, Express and Relationship teams, partnering with Marketing to promote lending programs, setting performance goals, coaching staff, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality member experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and leaders.
• Minimum 3 years call center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational and experience transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Inspires the team to achieve department goals of over $78 Million by creating a high-performance culture and engaged team.
• Meets or exceeds annual membership and consumer loan production goals.
• Leads strategic direction of outbound, express and relationship teams; partners with Marketing on program development and promotion.
• Stays abreast of new product lines and strategies and makes recommendations to management.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC.
