What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for Insights with the Subscriptions and Growth team
  2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to optimize customer journey and subscription plans
  3. Build and manage the research roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
  4. Analyze consumer behavior with the Analytics team to enhance understanding of customer paths
  5. Facilitate effective communication and meetings to achieve successful outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing research experience
  2. Experience in a market research firm or within a consumer insights role
  3. Proficiency in research design, project management, data analysis, and narrative synthesis
  4. Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
  5. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
