Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree with prior investment banking experience, or 3+ years as an investment banking Analyst.
• SIE, Series 79, and 63 licenses.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet.
• Prior experience in consumer investment banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and QA of complex financial models (DCF, LBO, mergers) and valuation analyses.
• Oversee pitch books, presentations, memoranda, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage day-to-day workstreams on live transactions across internal teams and external advisors.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, aiding strategic discussions and deal positioning.
• Support due diligence, data rooms, and identify risks for senior banker review.
• Review and guide Analysts, giving feedback on modeling and formatting.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiation support, and drafting documents.
• Conduct industry and company research to support origination and new business.
