Hire Consulting Services is sourcing a Career Associate Attorney for a premier AmLaw 100 firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the chance to represent leading financial institutions in complex disputes.

Ideal candidates possess a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience in commercial matters related to financial institutions, with strong writing and leadership

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions.
• Background defending matters under FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA is advantageous.
• Independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and professional judgment.
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.

A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Career Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, ingood standing
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Background defending matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/orTelephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
