Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Consumer Finance Associate to join its Financial Regulatory team in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience counseling financial institutions and technology providers on federal and state financial laws and regulations.

You will advise banks, credit unions, and FinTechs on regulatory matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and support enforcement investigations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial regulatory practice.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to client service and effective teamwork.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction where admitted to practice; timely admission to the Bar of the hiring state.
