BCG Attorney Search seeks a Consumer Finance Associate to join its Financial Regulatory practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience counseling financial institutions and technology providers on federal and state financial laws and regulations.

You will counsel banks, credit unions, and FinTechs, perform regulatory analyses, draft contracts, and advise on compliance while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial regulatory practice.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
