Carhartt is seeking a Store Supervisor for an on-site retail location in Meridian, ID. The role reports to the Store Leader and drives the Carhartt consumer experience through engaging service, merchandising excellence and effective coaching of associates.
Ideal candidates will have 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position with typical retail hours and up to 5% travel.
