Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software.
• Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors as needed.
• Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate.
• Transmits loan document packages to the lenders.
• Understands TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests.
• Reviews loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed.

The successful applicant will be responsible forprocess approved consumer loan requests and deliver a complete and accurate loan document package to the lender and the customer as soon as possible. Specific primary responsibilities are:

• Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software.
• Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services.
• Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate.
• Transmits loan document packages to the lenders.
• Specific Understanding of TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests.
• Review loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed.
