CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, a top mortgage lender, seeks a Sales Manager for the Scottsdale, AZ branch. You will lead branch sales, originate high-quality loans, and coach outside loan officers to meet production goals while ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years outside retail origination, 3+ years sales leadership, and a proven ability to develop partnerships. The role includes a strong benefits package and clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of external/outside retail mortgage origination with self-sourced business.
• 3+ years of retail mortgage sales management experience.
• 2+ years hiring and managing a sales force in mortgage.
• Experience with Encompass 360 and regulatory guidelines (SAFE, FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA).
• Strong sales, marketing, communication, and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage branch sales production to meet targets.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a staff of outside loan officers.
• Establish and monitor goals, price policies, and referral partnerships.
• Analyze General Ledger and P&L, manage NOI and total revenue.

This position is responsible for originating loans, recruiting, managing, coaching, and motivating a staff of outside loan officers to meet sales production goals and assure compliance with regulations and policies. The Sales Manager oversees a team of sales professionals.Job Responsibilities:Meet standards set for branch production.Manage NOI, total revenue, and origination quality.Direct the work of mortgage loan officers, including setting and monitoring of goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection.Establish referral partners in the market (e.g., realtors, builders, attorneys, financial advisors or CPAs).Analyze and review General Ledger and Profit and Loss Statements.Originate quality loan production until such time as the department’s volume reaches sufficient levels to warrant non-production from manager.Identify partnership opportunities and to develop business relationships.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.5+ years’ external/outside retail mortgage origination experiences with an emphasis on self-sourced business.3+ years’ retail mortgage sales management experience.2+ years of hiring and/or managing a sales force in the mortgage industry.Experience with Encompass 360.Meet the requirements of a Qualified Individual as determined by S.A.F.E and State Governing bodies.Experience with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and all facets involved in real estate transactions.Excellent sales and marketing skills.Excellent communication and management skills.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
