We are seeking a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to join our team! The CDLO’s focus is to manage, nurture, and convert online leads. The CDLO is responsible for handling inbound requests, building rapport with the customer, determining the customer’s needs, taking applications, quoting fees and interest rates, as well managing the transaction from application through closing. Job Description

We are seeking a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to join our team! The CDLO’s focus is to manage, nurture, and convert online leads. The CDLO is responsible for handling inbound requests, building rapport with the customer, determining the customer’s needs, taking applications, quoting fees and interest rates, as well managing the transaction from application through closing. Requirements

• Familiarity with Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, and portfolio mortgage lending
• Understanding of loan Program guidelines
• Mortgage Loan Originator license not required to start position; however, you will be required to acquire your license with Neighborhood Loans support in your first year of employment.
