Key Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans (purchase, refinance, and home equity)
• Educate clients on available loan programs and guide them through the process
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure a smooth transaction
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and guidelines
• Build and maintain a strong referral network with agents, builders, and past clients
• Active NMLS license (MO required)
• Previous experience in residential mortgage lending preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern mortgage platforms (e.g., ARRIVE, UWM's EASE, MIA virtual Assistant)
