The Consumer Credit Review Senior Manager is part of the Consumer Credit Review team and is responsible for conducting independent, risk-based assurance work within Capital One’s consumer credit portfolios (card, auto and unsecured loans). This includes assessing credit strategies and practices across first line LOBs and credit programs and performing credit data analytics to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of credit strategies and enhance credit governance. The Senior Manager will also contribute towards the development and execution of the annual Credit Review operating plan. In addition, the senior manager will also perform assurance work and provide effective challenge to the second line’s key functions and oversight in credit governance. Further, this Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with line‑of‑business management and key associates within the risk‑management organization.
