Job summary

Brown & Joseph, LLC seeks a Consumer Collections Supervisor to lead a 10–15 person debt-collections team, driving performance and compliance. You will coach staff, ensure FDCPA/TCPA/Reg F compliance, and manage sensitive accounts while coordinating with clients and internal teams on portfolio performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in consumer collections, 1–2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong Excel/reporting skills. Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years consumer collections experience, incl. 2+ years in third-party/agency collections
• 1–2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, Regulation F, FCRA and licensing
• Proficient in Excel and client reporting/scorecard formats
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) optional

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 debt collectors; monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to debt collection regulations and quality standards; audit calls.
• Oversee multiple client portfolios and enforce client-specific guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports and support audits; collaborate across teams.
