Job summary

Ally Financial invites you to join its 11-week paid internship designed to transition students from education to professional experience. Interns will engage with Deposits Pricing analytics, gain hands-on experience, and connect with leadership across the company.

The program includes mentoring, events, and opportunities to return as full-time hires or to another internship. Participants will work 40 hours weekly, with a mix of in-office and remote days, plus a sign-on bonus and housing

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
• Available for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
• Strong passion for financial services and technology.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers, your team, and Allys of interest.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
