• Lays out, positions, aligns and fits components together.
• Welds together metal components using various welding processes.
• Examines weld for bead size and specifications.
• Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities of tools.
• Responsible for observing safety rules and performing additional duties as required.

Skills

Ability to read a standard measuring tape

Climb structures utilizing appropriate fall protection

Work with precise limits or standards of accuracy

Understand verbal instructions and written notices
