The Assurance Group (TAG) in Wheeling, IL is seeking a consultive health and life insurance representative. This role offers renewal income and fresh warm leads, with no base salary and a 100% commission structure.
You will meet with clients in person, leverage in-house appointment setters, and join a supportive sales community. Ideal candidates range from career changers to experienced agents, with training provided.
Competenze
- Must be teachable
- Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License (fairly simple process)
- Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
- Must be good with people
